The Dining Room The Delegates Dining Room, located within the United Nations World Headquarters, serves some of the finest cuisine in New York City. Chef Daryl Schembeck brings his years of experience and training from the Culinary Institute of America to the United Nations and prepares lunch for UN Ambassadors, Heads of State, UN Staff and the general public on a daily basis. Enjoy our lunch buffet and world class service all while taking in breathtaking 180 degree views of the East River. Hours of Operation The Delegates Dining Room is open: Monday through Friday 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM Reservations are required for the public at least 24 hours in advance.
